Meet our mountain expedition cook team. All of our climbing cook have experience of cooking in high elevation. They are veterans of having cooking experience during the Mt. Everest, Manalsu, Amadablam, Cho Oyu and Shishapangma mountains. They are highly professional mountain cook from the land of mountains.

Mr. Indraman Tamang is a professional trekking cook. He is an excellent cook who loves to cook for his clients and crew. He obtained his Trekking Guide qualification from TAAN and his cook training from the Nepal Academy of Tourism and Hotel Management. He has been working as a Trekking Cook since 2000 and a Trekking Guide since 2006, and has been affiliated with the principals of the company since 2009.

Kapure Tamang is a very experienced trekking and climbing cook and has been cooking for clients and crew since 2000. He graduated with cooking and baking courses from the Nepal Academy of Tourism and Hotel Management and is an outstanding performer cooking for both small and large trekking and expedition groups. His friendly and energetic behavior, and love of cooking all types of cuisines including Mexican, Italian and Indian, has made him a highly-sought after Trekking Cook and we are lucky to have him.

Mr. Dorche Sherpa is a professional Trekking Cook with experience from 2000. He is trained as a Trekking Guide from TAAN and has been a Trekking Guide from 2006, and is also trained in cook training from the Nepal Academy of Tourism and Hotel Management.

Mr. Ngima Dorjee Tamang is a professional Trekking Cook. He has professional training through the Nepal Academy of Tourism and Hotel Management and has been working as a professional trekking cook since 2007.
